If you do not wish to open-source your code or prefer the added
benefits of a commercial licensing arrangement this is your best option.

The NetKernel Standard Edition Server License is designed for deploying NetKernel on
Servers hosting distributed services. It permits the use
of NetKernel for closed-source applications and services. Servers
are licensed per CPU core.

|
The NetKernel Standard Edition Developer-Seat License is designed for developers working
on closed-source projects. It permits the use of
NetKernel for closed-source application and services development. This license includes commercial
use licensing for all developer tools shipped with NetKernel, including the NetKernel Debugger and
XUnit Unit Testing Framework.

1060 Research Commercial OEM License
|
The NetKernel Standard Edition OEM License is designed for
software vendors who
wish to distribute closed-source applications built on NetKernel.
It permits the redistribution
of NetKernel with closed-source applications to third parties
without any further licensing issues.
