NetKernel Maintenance
Maintenance

A 1060 NetKernel maintenance agreement provides access to new versions of NetKernel for your perpetual license. (Annual and three-year licenses include extended maintenance).

NetKernel releases use a three-digit number system. The first digit is the major release number. A change in major release indicates comprehensive differences between NetKernel versions. The second digit is a minor release number. A change in minor release number indicates new features or updates to current features. The third digit indicates a maintenance release. A maintenance release is a full product release with bug fixes.

All users should use the highest maintenance release of a particular product (major/minor) release for reliability.
