Access to support services are provided via email and a response to an incident report is made via email. (Telephone access is available by special arrangment) A response to an incident report is made within the service level response times (see below). With a remote access support agreement we will connect directly to your NetKernel installation and provide live diagnostics, maintenance and service.

The response time for each level of support depends on the service level agreement and the severity of the reported issue.
