When you install Standard Edition it connects to its
public repository, which includes package updates
and new features including applications, tutorials,
languages, etc.
Production Ready
Each NetKernel Standard Edition release is certified production ready
after it passes extensive testing and validation.
After each release, maintenance and bug fixes are available for one year
from its repository.
Release Schedule
A fully integrated version of NetKernel Standard Edition with all of the latest
modules is released every six months providing a tested and proven
integrated release of cutting edge ROC technologies is available.
Standard Edition Apposite Repository
Each NetKernel Standard Edition installation is backed by an on-line repository of
up-to-date packages which include the core infrastructure packages, distribution
library modules
together with the the latest and greatest capabilities.
With repository backing, you can be sure your installation of
NetKernel Standard Edition keeps pace with the leading edge feature-set.
Each Standard Edition release has its own repository which is maintained
with bug-fix updates for 12 months from the release of the distribution.
